All prices shown at the time of purchase include local tax's and VAT if applicable. We normally provide a free Postal Service, and no insurance is provided other than that provided by our Postal Service the Royal Mail. All prices are payable as indicated at the time of placing your order. You can not refuse or exclude the postal charges from the total price "if any" is charged.

VAT Information on Books and Paperbacks:

In the United Kingdom (Britain) books and paperbacks are ZERO RATED whether sold within the UK or internationally. What Zero Rated means: goods that are Zero Rated are Liable for VAT but it's not collected, and our online ordering system will show the "Order total for European Union customers is GBP ??.?? including 17.5% VAT" although NO VAT will have been added to your order. We do not collect VAT on Books or Paperbacks at present, but the zero rated status may change.

The European Union (EU) decided in 2003 that VAT should be applied to e-Books in the European Union. The rules on VAT and e-Books in the EU: The EU digital VAT tax applies to all e-books even in countries where VAT does not apply to paper books. What this means; VAT is collected for e-Books.

Electronic goods are normally subject to instantaneous availability. e-Book software can be e-mailed or download at your convenience 24-hours-a-day. Electronic goods are provided via Shareware "try-before-you-buy license EULA" ( see EULA terms ) that allows you to view and test the Electronic Goods will run on your computer before you buy. Online purchase and registration is only required after you have tested the Electronic Goods on your computer.

Definitions Governing Computer Requirements for Electronic Goods ( e-book software )

Our e-Books are normally self-contained .exe 32.bit executable software programs that do not require a separate e-book reader. The e-book reader is included within the e-book itself. It will run on any 32.bit Microsoft Windows based operating systems. They do not work on Apple Mac's, Unix, Linux, VMS or MVS computer systems.

Please Note: The requirements to view .exe formatted e-books on your computer are: Windows 95/98/NT and Internet Explorer 4.0 or later (it does not have to be your default browser but it must be installed). Files in .lit format require the Microsoft Reader which can be downloaded from the Microsoft web-site. Files in .pdf format require the Adobe Acrobat Reader which can be downloaded from the Adobe Acrobat web-site. Some e-Books on this web-site may be provided in the compressed .zip archive format ( WinZip ). If you do not have software to unzip the e-Book it can be downloaded from the WinZip web-site. The following are terms and conditions for the sale of goods and services that will govern any contract for sale or service that we enter into with you. Pricing (Products & Services)

The price for the goods will be as stipulated at the time when you place your order. We are entitled to make adjustments to the price to take account of any increase in our supplier's prices, or the imposition of any new taxes or duties, or if due to an error or omission the price published for the goods on our Web Site is wrong. We will inform you of the correct price and give you an opportunity to cancel the order. If the goods have already been delivered, we will give you an opportunity to return the goods and receive a full refund of the price and any delivery charges you have paid for the goods.

Talent Marketing System has the right to terminate any contract between us without penalty within 28 days from the date we accept the purchase order. In the event of termination we shall refund to you all sums paid by you to us and you shall return any goods that may have dispatched to you.

We do not offer extended credit facilities and reserve the right to refuse to supply goods or services of any kind if you do not pay using the above methods. Talent Marketing System reserves the right not to sell and the right to change prices at any time without warning.

Product Serial Numbers

Product Serial Numbers (if required) are issued in strict order of rotation, starting with the lowest available number.

Government Purchase

Government and Education Purchases requires proof of status before final delivery.

ePassword's

Password's and Subscriber ID's (if required) are issued in strict secrecy and will be e-mailed to you within 24-hours of making your purchase but only after payment is confirmed by Primary Online Order Processing Company named above.

Electronic Goods

Electronic goods, e-Book's or software are normally subject to instantaneous availability. e-Book's and Software is delivered via a Web Site hyperlink and can be Download at your convenience 24-hours-a-day before you pay for the e-Book or Software. e-Book's and Software are provided via Shareware License ( try-before-you-buy ) that allows you to view and test the e-Book or Software will run on your computer. Online Registration is only required after you have purchased the e-Book or Software. If you purchase e-Book's or software a usage license is supplied with the product by the publisher of the e-Book or software. You are required to comply with the terms of the usage license as well as these terms and conditions.

Most if not all of our Electronic goods and/or products are protected with either "Electronic Software Protection" or "Electronic Hardware Protection".

Shareware

All "Shareware" e-Books or Software sold via our web-site will expire within the maximum period of 50-days from the date of purchase. e-Books normally expire about 40-days after purchase - this is perfectly normal. This allows time for your payment to clear the Banking Process and be paid to the Publisher. After the payment process is completed we will e-mail you with a User Name and Password for our Private Members Web-Site Area so you can download a copy of the Non-Expiry Version of the e-Book or software. Your current Password will unlock the Non-Expiry Version, so there is no need to Re-Register the e-Book. The e-Book is your property for life, and comes with life long support from the publisher.

Registration or Subscription

As part of any Registration or Subscription process Talent Marketing System may provide you with a Password and a USER-ID. As part of any Registration or Subscription process you may be asked to Select a Password and/or a Subscriber ID. In either case you will also be asked to provide Talent Marketing System with certain Registration and Subscription information including the Product Serial Number or product USER-ID and other Personal Information all of which must be accurate and updated.

(a). You may not (i) select or use a subscriber ID of another person with the intent to impersonate that person; (ii) use a subscriber ID in which another person has rights without such person's authorization; or (iii) use a subscriber ID that Talent Marketing System in its sole discretion deems offensive. Failure to comply with the foregoing shall constitute a breach of this Agreement which may result in immediate termination of your account and legal action being taken.

(b). You shall be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password which you will not have to reveal to any representative or agent of Talent Marketing System.

(c). You shall notify Talent Marketing System of any known or suspected unauthorized use of your account or any known or suspected breach of security including loss theft or unauthorized disclosure of your password or credit card information.

(d). You may share your password and subscriber ID with others but you are responsible for all usage or activity on your Talent Marketing System (.com) account including use of the account by any third party authorized by you to use your subscriber ID and password. Any fraudulent abusive or otherwise illegal activity may be grounds for termination of your account at Talent Marketing System (.com) sole discretion and Talent Marketing System may refer you to appropriate law enforcement agencies.

Physical goods may be subject to availability. If we do not supply Physical goods that are normally delivered via Post we will not charge you for these goods. Normally we will refund any money already paid for the goods if our delivery method fails. However, we do not automatically refund any money already paid for goods believed to have been delivered unless our Postal Company (Royal Mail) is fully satisfied the goods were not delivered. We will also not be responsible for compensating you for any other loss which you may suffer if we do not supply the goods.

Delivery

On immediate execution of purchase we will send you an email "receipt" detailing the purchase. If the product becomes un-available "on or after the sale", we will either not not complete the online transaction or provide a manual refund. You will be informed by email of the new delivery time and allowed to decide if you wish to continue with the purchase at a later date.

We will endeavor to deliver both Electronic and Physical goods "as soon as possible" and as fast as we can and within the times stated when you purchase the goods, however goods can be subject to availability and delay in delivery of Physical goods is sometimes outside of our control, but we will email if there is any problem with delivery times. Any dates we specify for the delivery of the goods are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods unless caused by our negligence.

The United Kingdom’s Royal Mail Service is the only delivery method used by Talent Marketing System.

Physical delivery is via the United Kingdom’s Royal Mail Service for both Local and for International Postal delivery, and we use the Royal Mail's "Recorded Postal Delivery Service". Should Physical delivery be delayed for any reason for more than 28 days in the UK, or 50 days in Europe and by 70 days in the USA and 90 days worldwide (i.e. any other country not stated) you have the right to contact us and refuse to accept the goods.

Ownership

You will only own the goods once we have received payment in full. We will issue you with an electronic invoice via E-Mail and a Web Site hyperlink once we have received payment in full.

As soon as we have delivered the goods you will be responsible for them. If you delay accepting a delivery, our responsibility for everything other than damage due to our negligence will end on the date the carrier tried to deliver the goods to you.

Our current e-Commerce Payment Processing System is Powered by Secure PayPal^®^, all other payments must be via either the MoneyBrokers "Online Money Transfer System" or via the use of a normal "Bank Cheque" (known as a "bank check" in the USA) in the United Kingdom and in all of Europe (EUR), and for world-wide global sales via an " International Bankers Money Order".

Payment Point for: Physical Goods and e-Goods plus Services

We only charge you credit or debit account if your physical goods are in stock and ready to be sent or can be manufactured within 48-hoursand be ready to be dispatched by Royal Mail and they are considered prepared and on-route to you.

We only charge you credit or debit account when your e- goods, i.e. e-books or software are ready to be dispatched via e-mail and are on-route to you, or are ready to be downloaded by you.

Regarding Services - we only charge you credit or debit account after the service is completed.

Billing Descriptor

Our Billing Descriptor is: "PILGRIMS PUBLISHING" (some time shortened by Banks to: "PILGRIMSP"

New Online Banking Service

We will soon be changing over to an internal direct credit card and debit card processing system that's provided by a United Kingdom establishment, although we shall continue to maintain all current payments of methods for anyone that wishes to continue using them.

Defects and Failed Delivery

We will supply goods that are free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery. This does not affect any other statutory rights that you may have.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: The time limit for notification of claims. If goods arrive in a damaged condition you must inform us within 7 days. Our Customer Services Department will arrange collection of these goods and we will replace the goods at no charge or refund any money paid for the goods. IF YOU DO NOT DO THIS WE SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR GOODS SAID TO BE DAMAGED ON DELIVERY. If the goods returned under this clause are found to be in full working order these will be returned to you and an administration fee of 15% of the full price of the goods plus the return cost of carriage will be charged to you, and must be paid before the return of the goods or product.

You must provide the full details of the purchase you made including the Sales Number provided by the Secure PayPal^® online payment system, or the Name of the Bank and Cheque Number or details or the International Bankers Money Order including Service Provide Name and the Order Number and your Personal Details used for your purchase of the goods or services.

Proof of Online e-Registration

Proof of online registration and usage of e- goods is due to all our e-Book's and Software being electronically copy-protected. Therefore after you have purchased the e-Book or Software you must personally Register it Online - thus proving your purchase. If the e-goods are not registered online within three months of purchase, we will contact the purchaser to ascertain the reason of non-use, and decide if a refund should be automatically given.

Proof of Postal Delivery (PoD)

Proof of "Postal Delivery" including International Delivery is via "UK Royal Mail Recorded Delivery". The Royal Mail Proof of Delivery System is available online and your Personal Postal Order Tracking Number (known as: Track & Trace, is a 13 digit Reference Number (Example: AA 0001 0001 9GB). Copies of your Track & Trace Reference Number will be e-mailed to you after purchase.

Exportation Restrictions

Our "Products" have no known exportation restrictions.

Refunds

You start this process by sending an email with all the details of the purchase. We will contact you within 48 hours regarding any problem.

With this completed, we will refund any money paid by you for the goods, via our standard returns payment method. Our standard refund method is via: Secure PayPal^®. If you do not have a PayPal^® account you will need to register with PayPal^® and get a personal account. It takes about five minutes and its Free. We can then send (repay) you the money online within minutes.

Product Returns

"You Must Use" a Proof of "Postal Delivery Service" at your own expense for both local (within Europe) and for World Wide International Delivery from overseas and should be via an approved "UK Royal Mail Secure International Recorded Delivery Service Provider". If any item fails to arrive with 50 days of sending, it will be assumed not to have been sent. No refund will not be made if the item fails to arrive at our offices in London, England.

Product Returns Condition

No refund will not be made if the item is not in "Perfect Condition" when it arrives at our offices.

Payment Charge-backs

If you try to dispute or deny a " valid confirmed payment charge" that was made using your credit or debit cards you will be sent an invoice for the disputed amount by e-mail and regular paper based postal services.

If you do not reply within 10 days we will send same details to your bank and credit card company.

The documentation will include the following information:

Your name and address with all available information about you.
The online IP address you used when paying online.
The date and time of your payment.
The Original charge amount plus a £25 fee for disputing the valid payment process request.

If you do not pay the invoice within 28 days - your debt file will be forwarded to our nearest debt collection agency to you, and the same detailed debt and recovery request information will be sent to all bank and government debt registries in all five world continents.

To avoid any of the above, we encourage you to contact us first regarding any problems with your purchase.

Card Fraud

Card fraud is a crime punishable by heavy fines and jail time. Fraudulent behavior will be prosecuted aggressively to the fullest extent of the law. The ID and address of your computer and your ISP provider is determined at the time of purchase, and recorded as a safeguard against fraudulent behavior and may be used by legal entities to prosecute guilty parties.

All information must match card account records as provided by the card-issuing bank. Inputting intentionally false information is fraud and will not be tolerated and may subject you to prosecution. Card numbers are transmitted directly to the banking network for authorization. Talent Marketing System considers fraud a direct and serious threat to our business profitability. We do not take any effort to defraud lightly and will prosecute whenever and wherever possible to the fullest extent of the law.

No Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law Talent Marketing System and all officers directors owners employees agents information providers affiliates licensors and licensees (all of the foregoing collectively the "Indemnified Parties") shall in no event be liable for any claims charges demands damages liabilities losses or expenses of whatever nature and howsoever arising including without limitation any compensatory incidental direct indirect special punitive or consequential damages loss of use loss of data loss caused by a computer or electronic virus loss of income or profit loss of or damage to property claims of third parties or other losses of any kind or character even if Talent Marketing System or the Indemnified Parties have been advised of the possibility of such damages or losses arising out of or in connection with the use of this Web Site or any Web site with which it is linked. You assume total responsibility for establishing such procedures for data backup and virus checking as you consider necessary.

You hereby agree to indemnify defend and hold harmless Talent Marketing System and the Indemnified Parties from and against any and all claims charges demands damages liabilities losses and expenses of whatever nature and howsoever arising (including but not limited to any legal or other professional fees and the costs of defending or prosecuting any claim and any loss of profit goodwill and any other direct or consequential loss) incurred or suffered by Talent Marketing System and the Indemnified Parties directly or indirectly by reason of any act or omission which you commit in breach of these Terms and Conditions (including but not limited to your obligations representations and warranties contained herein) and any other terms and conditions or policies set forth elsewhere in this Web Site. You shall cooperate as fully as reasonably required in the defense of any claim. Talent Marketing System reserves the right at its own expense to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you.

Web Site Content or Information

Regarding any Web Site or Content or Information of any kind including written text and/or including pictures or images you provide that is provided in any format and via any communications method for Talent Marketing System to Publish either on it's Web Site or via any other publishing method including magazine newspaper Book or e-Book form Because you have acknowledged that at its sole discretion and for any reason Talent Marketing System may edit refuse to show or to delete any Content or Information of any kind that you provide in whole or in part and may terminate or suspend your access to all or part of this Web Site that you have granted (or warranted that the owner of such rights has expressly granted) to Talent Marketing System a royalty-free nonexclusive perpetual and irrevocable right and license to use reproduce modify publish and distribute any Content or Information of any kind that you provide such materials or incorporate such materials into any form or technology now known or later developed and that you have waived any moral rights you may have in such Content or Information of any kind you hereby agree that if you unsuccessfully prosecute a claim against Talent Marketing System and/or any of the Indemnified Parties that arises from its exercise of its rights to edit refuse to show or to delete any Content or Information of any kind that you provide to terminate or suspend your access to all or part of this Web Site to use its royalty-free nonexclusive perpetual and irrevocable right and license to use reproduce modify publish and distribute any Content or Information of any kind that you provide or seeking to recover for violation of your moral rights you agree to reimburse Talent Marketing System and/or the Indemnified Parties for all costs of defending any such claim including but not limited to any legal or other professional fees).

COMPANY TRADEMARKS, BRANDS, TRADING NAMES & LOGOS

Designated trademarks and brands and logos are the property of their respective owners.

Failure by us to enforce any of these terms and conditions will not affect our full and complete right to enforce the rest of these terms and conditions at any time we feel they have been broken by any other party to this agreement.

The contract between us shall be governed by the Laws of England and any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England. We operate a complaints handling procedure - which we will use to try to resolve all disputes.
